We are struggling
I’ve been with cvs going on 9 years . & it’s hard to take a break . I haven’t had a break in years because we don’t have hours for someone to cover me . We don’t have hours to train new hires to learn drop off & typing . We need hours . We need a better pay . & some areas we need security . Sometimes people threaten me . I don’t feel safe !
Why is this important?
It’s important to all of us getting more hours & a little bit more pay cause all that hard work we do & our customers treat us bad & we don’t even deserve that especially from minimum wage . Hours would help so we have time to go through our selves to see what’s expired & to clean up pharmacy & be there for our customer instead of always try to rush them cause we have a line
