Give higher raises to baristas who have been with the company 5 years or more. I have been with the company for 9 years and only make $2 more an hour than new hires who are not even trained properly. There should be no salary cap when you stay with the company.

Experience and loyalty! We deserve to be making atleast $15/hour with larger raises.
