Retirees

We need a better fairer NON REV boarding priority system. Retirees boarding priority is unfair (D2R). They board after non employees meaning active employees family board before a retirees. After years of active employment retirees board just before guest passes (D3) I might understand if a active employees was flying with a dependent that dependent may get priority over a retiree. That dependent is flying without the active employee still board before a retiree.
