Require Vaccination for Right Networks while In Person

As a new wave of the coronavirus pandemic begins to ramp up, it's good that management is taking the necessary steps to gather vaccination data for all Right Networks employees. However, simply having this data is not enough. Vaccinations are widely available nationwide, and significantly reduce the likelihood of catching COVID-19, including the Delta variant. There's also data that suggests that vaccination can reduce the transmissibility of the COVID-19 virus, so that even if you do get sick you're less likely to get others sick. If we really are "One Team", then it behooves us to look out for our fellow teammates. To that end, we demand the following:
1. All employees who attend work in-person must be fully vaccinated
2. All attendees of in-person events officially organized by Right Networks must be fully vaccinated (SUCCESS! This rule has been implemented)

Why is this important?

At Right Networks, a large part of our company culture revolves around in-person gatherings (the company outing, the Christmas party, and so on). While we're in a mixed-vaccination state, some employees haven't felt that it's safe enough to attend in-person events or return to the office even temporarily. Putting these rules in place would allow for future gatherings to be less likely to result in an outbreak, helping us to feel safer attending.

Yesterday, HR sent out an announcement that vaccination will be required for all official Right Networks in-person events, which is great! However, requiring vaccination for all in-person interactions, including working from the office, would be much safer. While many of us are still working remotely, that doesn't mean we can't endeavor to protect our teammates while in the office. The Hudson office's "hotel desk" system is great for folks who have a temporary disruption affecting their WFH setup, but if it isn't safe to come into the building then it's only accessible for folks who are willing to take that risk.
