Renew the Willy Street Contract
We, the members of the UE Local 1186, firmly believe in the democratic principles established in our cooperative by-laws. To show our support to the community that supports us, the workers of the Willy Street Co-op wish to see profit sharing amongst the member/owners/workers in the form of annual dividends.
Why is this important?
Workers deserve lives of dignity, and they deserve the full value of their labor. Dividends incentivize workers to succeed in the workplace, and promotes retention amongst the members. It is important that everyone, customer and laborer feel valued at Willy Street Co-op
