Please Pay On A Schedule

The payment Schedule is funky. We get paid on Mondays when she DECIDES to sign the checks. I work nights on payday and it's been hard getting things done during the day because I might get paid at 11am, might not get paid til 5pm. Banks are closed after 4:30. I need to be paid every Monday by 11am. It's important to keep an order to the workplace and to bend a little in favor of your workers. Your workers will stay happy and your turnover rate will decrease.
