We the commission associates were paid our MIT pay for vacations and personal holidays. Now they are saying they will pay only average MIT pay for vacations only and minimum wage for personal holidays. Even the Jersey city nj law says we have to be paid standard rate or minimum wage whichever is greater. Please help us.
