Pay Pizza Hut employees hazard pay
Pay your employees who still diligently show up to work everyday in the midst of a global pandemic more than what they were making before their workplace became a hazard to them and their family. Show them some kind of appreciation be it with a little something extra each paycheck or with a monthly bonilus until this pandemic passes. Let them know you appreciate them and their willingness to show up to work and put themselves at risk while continuing to serve the company and customers.
Why is this important?
Because employees feel at risk and afraid because they are dealing with the public and taking a risk everytime they clock in. There are cases of covid in some on the communities in which they work and they continue to come to work amd make the company money while feeling at risk.
