Let us have piercings & tattoos!
I want Publix Super Markets to modernize its dress code policy for piercings and tattoos. I know that everyone I work with at Publix believes that piercings and tattoos should be allowed. The current policy forces associates to bandage piercings or remove them altogether, and cover visible tattoos, while men are not allowed to have piercings at all.
We should be allowed to have tattoos as long as they aren't sexual or show offensive language. All piercings should be allowed except chains, that would pose a hazard.

Why is this important?
This is important if Publix wants to keep its associates happy and maintain its spot as one of the best companies to work for.
