Michaels craft stores don’t pay employees what other companies are paying! Michaels pays $8.00 an hour when other companies starting pay is $12 or more! Michaels needs to catch up with the other companies and pay there employees better wages then maybe they would not have a big turnover and employees would like working for them!
Why is this important?
So Michaels craft stores are willing to show there employees as well as future employees they are willing to pay to keep good employees and help make the shopping easier for customers!
