Fix the air conditioning inside H&M #463 inside Parkdale Mall. It has been well over a year. The Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) recommends employers maintain workplace temperatures in the range of 68-76 degrees Fahrenheit and keep humidity in the range of 20 to 60%.
Why is this important?
H&M drives business to this mall. Our customers expect better. Our employees deserve better. Our routines in store have shifted entirely because a large portion of our Back Of House is unusable due to the heat. We are simply asking for a return to normalcy.
