Lucy Torres, the Director of Behavioral Health at Mannington is no longer part of the Inspira Organization, which has left her team with unanswered questions and uncertainty. Allegedly, only a few of Lucy's team were contacted during the investigation to provide their standpoint about Lucy. Lucy's team deserves to be heard and have the opportunity to advocate for her return as our leader and Director of Mannington Behavioral Health.
Why is this important?
Lucy Torres, the Director of Behavioral Health at Mannington, has built an excellent behavioral health program and a supportive team that provides care for both each other and the patients. Lucy brings out the best in each team member individually. Lucy always has her door open and provides as much support as she can. She supports and encourages each of us to grow in our own way. Mannington's behavioral health owes much of its success to Lucy Torres, a phenomenal leader.
