We as team need to better the work environment. Together we need to stick up against the cliques and favoritism. So that equal opportunity is offered to everyone. We need to get rid of the unlawful firing due to favoritism. We need to stand up for what’s right. Together we can make this change!
Why is this important?
This is important cause to many people who work hard everyday get unrecognized. While those who are the favorites or in with a group so they can’t be held accountable for same offenses that they target others with.
How it will be delivered
I plan on doing both verbal and written petitions and delivering straight to the head HR. If that doesn’t work I’ll be emailing Jeff bezos himself.
