Provide conference calls and more communication so we can inform our employees on plans. Provide open communication other than emails and business planner updates. We want to be able to tell our employees more than "I don't know".
Provide better equipment such as masks and real hand sanitizer.
Potentially allow us to close at certain times to completely clean and sanitize the store.
Prioritize us as a petroleum industry, not a grocery store. Store side does not need to be open. It only takes one customer to make hundreds sick.
Inform us on what happens if one of us gets sick.

It will give our employees a sense of safety and know that corporate cares.
