Rising Up in Retail

Retail jobs are the one of the fastest growing jobs in the nation, and unlike many jobs, these are not going overseas. Over one million UFCW members go to work every day at  retail stores like Macy's, Bloomingdale's and H&M – and they have an important opportunity to stick together to improve the standards for all American retail workers and improve jobs in the retail industry.

That's why we’re working with retail workers to help them improve their jobs across the industry. If retail jobs are going to be an integral part of America’s future, then retail jobs must be the kind of jobs that support American families and communities. They must be the kind of jobs that Americans can be proud to work.
